My health and wellness coaching is offered as a bespoke program to set you up for success. Each program is designed to work with you to really understand your goals and then provide you with the best coaching to achieve your goals.

The majority of my health and wellness sessions are delivered online for the best flexibility.

In-person sessions can be considered based on location and availability.

All sessions are 45 - 60 minutes in duration, for some sessions, you might have to do a little preparation work, which you will send to me before our session, so I can cover any queries or questions with you during the session

Yes, I do offer group programs at times during the year. Of course, if you have a group of family, friends, or colleagues and would like a group program designed reach out for a chat.
